Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. For international orders, email sales@constellationresponse.com with what you need and your shipping address, and we’ll send a quote.

Shipping cost
Orders within the United States ship at a flat rate of $12. Some exclusions apply: apparel and merch ship at their own lower rates, small items may ship for less, and shipping for the Response Crate is quoted per order.

Processing time
Processing time varies by product and is listed on each product page. Many of our products are built to order and can take up to 8 weeks to ship. For bulk orders, contact us for lead times.

Orders that ship separately
Some products ship directly from the manufacturer, so items in a single order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Response Crate
The Response Crate contains a lithium battery pack and ships as regulated hazardous material by ground only. Shipping for the Crate is quoted per order, and transit times may be longer than for other orders.

International orders
Shipping cost is estimated with your quote and finalized once we have your full address. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Warranty coverage can’t be guaranteed outside the United States, and return shipping for any support issue is the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective, or wrong. See our Refund Policy for details.
